Susan Barrett's Career Summary

Rabbit Training Ltd - July 2001 to present
Susan set up Rabbit Training in 2001 intially providing Alchemy Series accreditation courses, Train the Alchemy Trainer courses and course development for Avaya ECS Ltd. On the launch of Avaya's IP Office range Susan continued to provide technical and user training through Avaya's training facility - Avaya University. Susan was able to offer her expertise to a variety of companies such as developing Alchemy User courses on behalf of iQual Ltd and creating a training presentation on a bespoke PC application for a client of Promissor Ltd.

Susan continues to provide courses on Microsoft applications and on the introductory use of a PC for small businesses such as doctor surgeries, design companies, and one-to-one tuition for home users. Susan also works with companies such as financial advisors requiring assistance with complex Microsoft Word documents such as contracts offering consultation and restructuring of the documents.

Since the launch of their maximiser range of products Susan has been working with SpliceCom Ltd developing and providing technical, train the trainer and end-user training, Susan has also been responsible for the creation of their technical manuals and user guides.
