An install of a new telephone system is always a success if the customer’s staff are comfortable answering and transferring a call as soon as the new phone is put on their desk, particularly the receptionist! So why not arrange for Susan to be available a few days before and/or on the day the system goes live to provide training on the handsets or PC software. SpliceCom’s authorised training handouts are distributed to each delegate.

Within the majority of companies the telephone system is now looked after by the IT department and that team usually have staff that are capable of administering the SpliceCom system, such as adding new Users, creating Departments, creating DDI Plans entries, maintaining the Contacts database and so on. A one day or half day course would give these members of staff the knowledge and confidence to answer many of the User’s problems before contacting you.
Vision and Conference Manager Administration
If your customer’s SpliceCom system will also be incorporating Vision and/or Conference Manager, the above System Administration course could include the administration of these additional applications, including Vision Call Centre.
Vision user training
In order for your customer’s staff to fully understand and gain the most from using the Vision Call Logs and Reports a training session on understanding the call data and what can be achieved via Vision would benefit you as the supplier and your customer. We also provide user training on all Vision Call Centre features, including the Supervisor Console.
